Bedrooms
Villa Vallunga has four bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an opposite bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including a large en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a larger bedroom with two single beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.
Bathrooms
The bathroom of the en-suite room on the first floor has a washbasin, bidet, WC, bathtub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom with shower, two washbasins, wc and bidet. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, bidet, wc and basin.
Kitchen
From the sitting-dining room you walk into the large, generously equipped kitchen, with a 5-burner cooker, two ovens, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a fireplace. The kitchen opens onto a sunny second terrace, on the west side of the house.
Sitting-dining room
From the covered terrace, you enter the spacious sitting-dining room with a romantic fireplace. There is a TV with WiFi connection, a Sonos speaker and a lamp with Bluetooth speaker. There are also travel guides and lots of information about the area.
Garden
The 6,000m2 enclosed garden features olive trees, cypresses, cherry and fig trees, and plants and shrubs such as rosemary, roses and lavender. The garden is partly surrounded by oaks, some, like the house, over 200 years old. There is plenty of shade and the views are spectacular. There is also a single hammock.
Veranda
The south-facing, covered terrace with dining table and lounge set is the ideal place for outdoor dining, or having an Italian coffee or glass of local wine. The terrace overlooks the garden and pool, with beautiful views of fields and mountains. The pool is about 15 metres from the terrace.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool measures 6.5 by 12 metres. At the diving board the depth is about 2,5 metres, elsewhere it is 1.30 metres. Around the pool are 8 extra-long sunbeds, some small tables, chairs and parasols. From the pool terrace you have views of garden, house and rural surroundings. The pool is not fenced and thus the house is not suitable for children who cannot swim.
Garage
The garage contains a washing machine and a microwave oven. There is no space for cars in the garage, but the outside parking area can accommodate four cars. There are four electric charging stations in the village.
